Three-bedroom apartments in MBR City are a family product, and the district is set up for it. Hartland International School and North London Collegiate School are both inside the community, which removes the school run from the daily commute. The Hartland greenways and the swimmable lagoon give children somewhere to go without crossing a main road, and the plan is deliberately low-rise.
