Oceanz is a Danube Properties project in Dubai Maritime City with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments priced from AED 1.19M. It is an off-plan purchase with handover scheduled for Q1 2028.

The unit mix starts with one-bedrooms, and the entry price is the lowest of the three Maritime City projects we offer, which makes it the natural first comparison for a buyer working to a budget in that district. Three-bedroom apartments are also offered, and we can confirm from the price list where those start and which layouts reach the Golden Visa threshold.

A Q1 2028 completion gives a build period of a little over two years from today. During that time the contract is registered with the Dubai Land Department and each instalment goes into the project's escrow account, released to Danube against construction milestones; we check the registration and the escrow status before you pay a deposit, and we can pass on the developer's progress updates as they are issued. We can also arrange a visit to one of Danube's completed buildings in the city so the finish level can be seen rather than imagined.
