Jouri Hills is an Arada townhouse project in Jumeirah Golf Estates, sold off-plan. Townhouses are the middle ground of the family market: more space and a private outdoor area than an apartment, without the plot size or upkeep of a detached villa.

A townhouse purchase turns on the unit type, its size and its layout, and on where in the community the row sits. As with every off-plan sale in Dubai, the purchase is registered with the Dubai Land Department in the buyer's name and the instalments go into a regulated escrow account; we confirm both before a reservation.
