Palace Residences Creek Blue is an Emaar tower in Dubai Creek Harbour with one- to three-bedroom apartments from AED 1.87M. It is an off-plan purchase on an 80/20 payment plan, and handover is scheduled for Q2 2029.

Dubai Creek Harbour is Emaar's largest current masterplan, a waterfront district planned around the future Dubai Creek Tower, and it is positioned as a second Downtown at an earlier point in its cycle. The airport is about five minutes away and Downtown fifteen, via Ras Al Khor and the Dubai-Al Ain Road. Creek Beach, the marina and the boardwalks are open, and the Ras Al Khor wildlife sanctuary with its flamingos sits across the water. The honest caveat is timing: much of the district is still under construction, so a 2029 completion carries build and infrastructure risk that a mature area does not. On the towers already renting, typical gross yields in Creek Harbour are around 5.5–6.5%.

The residences share a swimming pool, a gymnasium, gardens and parks, a multipurpose room and a barbecue picnic area. Beach access, a cycling track and the waterfront promenade sit outside the door, and the masterplan includes retail outlets, schools and nurseries.
