Coastel Haven at Dubai Islands is a Prestige Harbour project of five-bedroom homes priced from AED 4.4M. It is sold off-plan, and handover is scheduled for Q1 2028. The price is above the AED 2 million Golden Visa threshold.

Dubai Islands is Nakheel's remaking of the former Deira Islands: five islands with more than twenty kilometres of beach, a marina and a hotel strip, joined to the mainland by the Infinity Bridge. The first parts are already open, including the RIU, Centara Mirage and Park Regis resorts, a Blue Flag public beach and the Nakheel marina, and the district is around twenty-four minutes from Downtown and about ten kilometres from Dubai International Airport. It is the only new beachfront residential supply on the Deira side of the city. Two cautions apply. Almost nothing has been handed over yet, so there is no rental history to lean on, and much of the pipeline is built by smaller third-party developers, so delivery history is the first question to ask about any launch here, this one included.

Five bedrooms points to a family end-user rather than an investor, and at that size the plot's position relative to the beach and the parking allocation matter more than the pool deck.
